    Description

    Offered is the seldom-seen Western Electric 522WD Watchcase Receiver.  Designed for use with your radio and hooked up to your phonograph speaker via the phonograph tonearm.  The receiver is clean and in excellent condition.  It works fine and ohms out at 1.1K.  The frame is clean with no rust or corrosion.  The front reads as follows:  Western Electric, Made In USA, Patented in USA, July 23, 1918.  522DW. It has its original cord and phone tips, which are all also in good condition with an nice original paper factory tag attached. The coil within is tested and working. The components within are all original, they too are clean and in excellent condition. The bottom green felt remains attached, it is original and it too is nice. Pick up the Western Electric Watchcase Receiver for your own collection. These little units seldom come up for bidding in this nice condition.  Very heavy and well-made.  NO RESERVE!!
