vintage pair Polk Audio 10" passive radiators for early Monitor 10 7 more c.1977

Offered for your consideration is vintage pair of
Polk Audio
10 inch passive radiators
that were original equipment in my early Monitor 7 speakers, USA-manufactured in 1977. The 10” radiator was also used in the Monitor 10 and a few other Polk speakers from this period.
So, please have a look at my large photos,

This pair of Polk Audio passive radiators is in clean, excellent condition. The baskets measure 10” diameter, they stand 2¾” (incl. surround roll), and the four-corner mount holes are spaced 7” adjacent / 9¾” on the diagonal apart, c-t-c. Plus, the sturdy, poly-coated paper cones are in great shape and so are the flat center caps. There’s a little bit of dust or other airborne debris that’s settled on the tacky cone surface of both, as pictured, but that’s about it. And, they have
permanent
rubber surrounds unlike many competing brands that used foam which would have degraded badly by now. Lastly, the anodized steel baskets are in perfect shape with no dings, just a bit of typical whitish oxidation. They function perfectly and present very nicely overall.
So, if the bass radiators in your suitable Polk speakers are damaged, missing, etc., this remarkable pair will have your speakers back in action sounding great once again! Plus, being the standard EIA mounting pattern for U.S.-made 10” baskets, they can be used with other brands of speakers like EPI, Genesis, and others that have been sidelined due to deteriorated foam.
