Vintage Original Shell Oil Co Embossed 18" Lighted Sign Wood Frame w LED Light

Vintage 18" shell sign mounted in a painted wood frame.  The frame comes with 2 bottom boards.  One shown is wider for sitting on a table and one that is the same width as sides for hanging on a wall.  The sign has LED lighting that is uniform and has an attached on/off switch w dimmer.
The sign with 3/4" wide frame measures 19-1/4" wide by 18-1/2" high.
The sign itself is vintage and has some imperfections. There are small chips and pinholes in the red paint which is on the outside of the sign.  It allows light to escape and makes bright spots when the sigh is lit.  This is not real noticeable unless it is turned on in a dark room.  In a normally lit room, it is not real visible even when lit.
The sign itself is vintage.  I suspect 1960s or 1970s but am not sure.  It has about a 3" crack near the top right edge going vertical.    The pictures show the lighted  sign in a lit room and in a totally  dark room.  The flange on the bottom of the sign was removed, making the sign  slightly shorter than wide. The other flanges are in a slot in the wood frame.  I tried without a lot of success to apply red paint to the missing paint on the sign that became noticeable when lit.   Please best judge condition by enlarging the pictures.
