As rare as Hens Teeth. This came from the estate of an audiophile who started to build his own Patrician speakers back in the day...I don't think he ever finished. These drivers appear to be lightly used to perhaps never used.

How to booklet including the original blueprints...an additional copy of the blue prints as well. There is also 2 addendum supplements, 103C and for the 115 cabinet.
25 page book shows its age. Wrinkles, soiling, personal construction notes etc.
Centerfold is the blueprints which were removed at one point and put back inside....all pages are here.
If you have original EV Patricians you want original paperwork. At least I do.The devil is in the details. (You could use this as your source to make copies.)
