Vintage 1930s 1940s Cigarette Hand Rolling Device Bakelite Cloth Roller German

Description

Nice little vintage 1930s / 1940s Bakelite cigarette hand rolling machine that was purchased in Germany. The cloth roller is a little frayed, but it is otherwise quite nice. It should still function. See photos for size and condition.
