    Two Magnetek Universal Rapid Start Ballasts, 446-L-SLH-TC-P.  New in box.  The boxes have been stored for a while and have shelf wear and light soiling, but the ballasts look fine.  120 Volts, 60 Hertz.
    No refunds and no returns.
    These are very heavy and shipping is based on 9 pounds.

    Please do not expect your vintage item to look like new. Unless it is stated as new, it isn't. Even New Old Stock items may have signs of age, as most have been stored for long periods of time and may have been handled frequently. I always do my best to give very accurate descriptions, however I am human and may overlook something minor on occasion.  I take pride in my excellent feedback and ratings and would never knowingly give any false information nor misrepresent anything I sell.
    PAYMENT:
    I kindly request that you make payment within 4 days of auction end.  If payment is not received in that time frame, eBay's auto system will cancel the listing and relist the item.    I do my best to ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.   If there are ever any delays, you will be contacted, barring an emergency or outage beyond my control.
    GOOD TO KNOW:
    My home is smoke free, but I cannot attest to any previous environment.  We have 3 rescued cats (that I wouldn't trade for anything).  They have their own playroom and are never, ever allowed in my work room.  When they are out, they are never near anything I sell.    However, a stray hair here and there is a possibility.   If you have severe allergies, please take this into consideration.
    SHIPPING PLEASE READ:
    I pack very well and fragile items are always packed with bubble wrap, bubble bags and if necessary, I may recycle and use shipping peanuts, rather than toss them, as I sometimes purchase items that are packed in them.  If needed, items are double boxed.  Please understand that even with great packing, occasionally items will arrive broken or damaged.  Fortunately, I have shipped MANY pieces of glass or breakable items over the years and only one ever arrived broken.  It was sent to Alaska and according to the buyer, it looked like they ran over it with a truck.  No amount of careful packing can stop that.  Insurance is always an option, but not required.   Priority Mail shipping includes insurance up to 0.00.
