Return Policy:
1: I don’t provide free return. As a single mother work full time in a daily office, I use a warehouse supplier to handle all my dispatch and return, they charge me 5% on each return for re packing and re stocking. Thus your refunds will be given less all postage charges and 5% return handling fee.
2: If for any reason you do not agree with my terms of sale and returns policy please do not bid/buy. I hope you have a happy experience shopping with me, but if for any reason you have a problem please get in touch I am a reasonable person and here to help! Many Thanks.
3: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hrs of receipt, giving full details of the issue.
4: Due to hygiene reasons Swimware and Underwear is not Eligible for a Refund or Exchange. Auction Style Listings Sale. Reduced. Discounted Items, are not eligible for a Refund or Exchange.
5: If a return is agreed, please return the item in the same condition as received i.e. in brand new, unworn condition. All tags must be attached and the cellophane wrapper intact and resealed. There must be absolutely no signs of wear, smells/odours or marks. All my items are personally checked and photographed before dispatch and are fully inspected on return before a refund is agreed. Items that are returned with any signs of wear, damage, marks, tags removed or cellophane wrapper discarded; will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
6: Items must be returned via a tracked service and I must receive it within 7 days from the date of receipt. Retain your proof of postage until I have confirmed receipt of the item. The returned item is your responsibility until it is signed for and received by myself.
7: An email confirmation will be sent to you once the item has been received and inspected. This will clarify whether a refund has been agreed. All refunds will be credited back to your Paypal account with 24 hours. Items not eligible for a refund will be returned to you the next working day.
8: Any items received after 7 days will no longer qualify for a refund, but will be valid for an exchange or a 30 day store credit.
9: No return for US site purchase and any "Sale" item.
