Modes
User-Select Mode-lets you manually choose the correction level
Progressive Correction Mode-Corrections start on the lowest level and increase in strength each time your dog barks within 30 seconds of the last bark. Reset to lowest level when dog stops barking.
Temperament Learning-Corrections start on the lowest level and increase in strength each time your dog barks within 30 seconds of the last bark.  The collar remembers the last level used and if the barking starts again the first correction starts at the last level used.

AK, HI, PR and Canada customers-USPS is our standard shipping method. USPS Mail typically takes 5-16 days to arrive to you.
Return Policy
We're a small family business and we work hard to take care of our customers! If you are not happy with your purchase please tell us. We will be sure you are taken care of quickly.
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
