The SportDOG® Brand NoBark SBC-10 is the newest bark collar in the SportDOG line-up. It has 2 operating modes: Progressive Correction and User Select. The Progressive Correction starts at the lowest level of static stimulation and increases each time your dog barks. After 30 seconds of quiet, the collar will reset back to the lowest level.  The User Select mode lets you choose the level of correction.  This is great if you have a dog that may not be affected by lower levels of static stimulation.  With 10 levels of correction and Silent Partner™ bark-detection technology, the SBC-10 is effective and can be customized for any dog.  The Silent Partner™ technology determines your dog's unique bark and filters out all other barking.   Built with DryTek® technology, this collar is waterproof and submersible to 25 feet. It has a rechargeable battery and 2-hour quick charge so it's always ready when you need it.
SportDOG Brand NoBark SBC-10 is easy to use, customizable, and very effective. It has 2 modes of operation. The modes are progressive correction and user select. Progressive correction works by progressively providing static correction starting at the lowest stimulation and increasing slightly with each bark. After a short period of 30 seconds the correction levels will reset.
User select mode allows you to manually choose the correction level. This is designed for users who require high correction levels immediately and adds to the level of customization. The SportDOG SBC-10 uses silent partner bark detection technology to provide the most accurate bark detection and ensure that correction is only applied as a result of a bark.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
