Metal cabinet with (3) tilting plastic bins.  Cabinet has vintage aged patina as shown in pictures.  The top of the cabinet opens on hinges.  The plastic bins are intact with no cracks.  The bins have plastic dividers that are removable -- A total of 15 dividers that are intact (no cracks).  Hooks on the bottom are covered in heavy duty plastic are in excellect condition.
