SET OF 11 ORIGINAL THEATER ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS: SHEA CINEMA - DOVER, OH - 1970
These drawings were acquired from a theater owner here in Ohio back in 1970. They are still in their original binding and present very well. They have some slight wear from being handled and stored over the years, including some fold lines, light edge wear, fading and some crease lines in the corners. These drawings are very impressive, highly collectable and 100% original! Outside of the original theater owner, I am the only other owner of these drawings. They display very well individually in a frame, or as a book as they currently display now.
