Costume Sketch Prints
The portfolio box is 15 1/4" x 9 3/4" x 1/2".  Enclosed in the portfolio box are three folders of prints, each is approximately 12 1/2" x 9 1/2".  Each folder has prints that are 12 1/4" x 9 1/4".  The folders are as follows (in chronological order):
Green Folder - The flap lists 16 numbered prints (see photograph), 13 are present.  Prints #1, #3 and #13 are missing.  These prints cover productions at the Stratford Festival from 1968 and 1969.
Designers represented include Robert Prevost, Brian Jackson, Robert Fletcher, Sam Kirkpatrick, Carolyn Parker and Leslie Hurry (among others).
Yellow Folder - The flap lists 12 numbered prints (see photograph), 8 are present.  Prints #3, #5, #10 and #11 are missing.  These prints cover productions at the Stratford Festival from 1970 through 1973.  Designers represented include Alan Barlow, Desmond Heeley, Leslie Hurry and Tanya Moiseiwitsch.
Gray Folder - The flap lists 12 prints (see photograph), 9 are present.  While the prints are not numbered, they were matched up with the descriptions and the three missing prints match up with descriptions #1, #7 and #8 [unlike the other folders, these prints are not in the order of the list in the photographs].  These prints cover productions at the Stratford Festival from 1974 through 1976.  Designers represented include:  Susan Benson, Molly Harris Campbell, Daphne Dare, Sam Kirkpatrick and John Pennoyer.
CONDITION:
The portfolio box is in Near Very Good condition with a large scratch across the front, a bump to an edge and light soiling.  That said, the contents --three folders and 30 vintage prints are in Near Fine or better condition.  Please examine all twelve photographs of this lot for a better idea of its condition.
