    . This is the kit that contains 32 "citizens" and 2 benches.  The bag of citizens, paint, brush, thinner, and instruction sheet are sealed in their original poly bag. The 2 green benches for some reason are not in the bag. They were found loose in the box.
    This piece is considered "like new" condition since the bag is sealed.
    The box is in "excellent" to almost "like new" condition. It shows very minimal shelf wear.

    from the 1971 release for this style box of "Citizens."
