The PetSafe Indoor Bark Control helps control your dog's barking by emitting a high-pitched sound when your dog starts to bark. The ultrasonic sound will interrupt the barking cycle and is designed to startle not harm your dog. The sound can't be heard by humans, so it wont bother you, your family or neighbors, only the dogs! Convenient to use-it sits on a table or can be attached to the wall with the enclosed adhesive hooks.

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
