This is a great little pet training device from PetSafe. It's the Little Dog Remote Trainer and it works pretty simply.  You put the collar on the dog and can use the remote to buzz or lightly shock the animal.  This particular one is brand new and we found out it's too small for our dog.  Would be perfect for like a corgi, cairn terrier, daschund, etc.
Condition-wise, this was opened and unboxed but never used.  Everything is complete and I have put the packaging back as well as I could.  Guaranteed to work like new.  It was originally purchased from Chewy and  the newer versions retail for 0+, but based on the reviews don't work as well.  Grab this one while you can and get that pup to behave!
