Original 1931 Embossed Shell Penn Motor Oil 1 Quart Duraglas Bottle 14 1/2"

Vintage Embossed Shell Oil Glass Bottle.
From the top, it reads:
"Liquid Contents-One Quart" with an arrow to the first line that says "Filled to Line", then there's the Shell Oil Logo in the Clam Shell then "Shell-Penn Motor Oil", "100% Pure Pennsylvania", "Shell Petroleum Corporation".  Then, at the base "Guaranteed Delivers One Quart" then on the very bottom of the bottle is the number "7" with the Duraglas Makers Mark "1" and then a "7" underneath that.
Measures 14 1/2" tall, 2 3/4" diameter at the base and almost 1 3/4" at the opening.
The makers mark shows this bottle was made at the Alton, Illinois plant that ran from 1929 and shut down in 1983.  This specific makers mark was used between 1929-1954.  The number after the makers mark is the date code, if there is no period after this date code, this means the bottle was made in the 1930's.  The date code shows this was made in 1931.
This bottle is from my Fathers estate, he use to work for Shell Oil back in the late 60's, early 70's.  He collected several things, Shell Oil was something he collected prior to even working for them.  I'm sure this bottle has been in storage for some time.
