Deadstock vintage late 1960s-early 70s floral halter maxi dress designed by Phillip Lowe California. Textured 100% cotton barkcloth material with vibrant floral border print in cyan blue, hot pink, orange, yellow, navy, lime green and white. New old stock with Levy's Tucson department store tag. Deep-v halter bodice with open back and straps that tie at the back of the neck. Striped border section of the print is also used for the bodice midriff. Full maxi skirt. Nylon back zipper. Unlined. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:   Packages are sent by USPS Priority or First Class Mail.  Priority mail usually arrives in 6-10 days.  First Class mail is less expensive but has no scheduled delivery time and can take up to 2-6 weeks for delivery.  First Class and Priority Flat Rate Envelopes do not offer tracking to most countries.  International orders with a value of 5 or more will be sent via Priority mail to allow for tracking.  Packages weighing over four pounds must also be sent by Priority Mail per USPS rules.
