    Description

    Measures 5" long x 1" at widest end. Has R.B. TURNER - SHELL DIST- DAVENPORT impressed with the ruler inches on top side.  Davenport would be Washington state as was bought a few towns over from there.  I can not find a record on GOOGLE of the business.  Great vintage cross over collectible.
