Really nice pair of blued metal spurs with straps. No maker marks. Blued metal with rust starting as shown. Beautiful engraved overlaid sterling silver. The band is 1-1/4" at the widest point, 2-1/2" neck and the heel opening is 2-7/8". They come with a very nice condition pair of lined latigo spur straps.
