With a low to medium level of power, the Dogtra ARC is best suited for small to medium sized dogs or sensitive dogs that need only a mild level of correction to learn. Two features stand out on the ARC that make it a great choice for training your dogs.
First, the ARC-"Advanced Receiver Concept" is brilliant. Proper placement of the collar and a good fit are key to successful training. The ARC receiver collar is curved allowing for an ergonomically correct fit and consistent contact with the dogs neck area. Second, the handheld transmitter has a checkered pattern so you always have a firm grip of the transmitter.

Return Policy

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
