The limited edition Dogtra 1900S Black Edition Remote Training Collar has subtle changes and enhanced features from the 1900S. The system has a black matte finish & blue LCD display for better tactical advantage.  It also features a longer signal range of up to 1 mile (vs. 3/4 mile for the 1900S).
This powerful dog training collar offers the widest range of training flexibility of all of Dogtra's e-collars. With low to high output stimulation levels, it can be used for the everyday pet, K-9 police dogs, and even stubborn dogs. The Dogtra 1900S-BE  has precise stimulation/correction levels from 0-127. Also included are three types of training modes: nick, constant and non-stimulating pager/vibration. The collar and handheld remote transmitter function on long-lasting Ni-MH batteries, which are fully rechargeable and user-replaceable.
The handheld transmitter includes a convenient LCD display that can be read in the dark of night. There is also a 3-bar battery level display so that you know the condition of the batteries at all times. The remote and collar are 100% waterproof and submersible and t

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
