Warm Tips:
1. Please carefully read user manual before using our electric dog collar.
2. Only for dogs over 6 months.
3. Adjust the most comfortable collar length to your dog.
4. You can start from low level and find the best level and mode fits your dog.
5. You can start from beep and then vibration, don’t use shock firstly.
6. Avoid leaving the receiver on the dog for more than 12 hours per day. Had better within 6 hours or less.
7. To re-position the receiver on the pets neck every 1 to 2 hours.
8. Keep checking the dog's skin condition every day.
9. If you don’t use shock mode, you can remove the conductive points from the receiver.
If you use, please make sure the conductive points have direct contact with dog's skin on the underside of neck.
