How to use it correctly
1.[Beep] mode: Press the sound button of the remote control alone;
2.[Vibration] Mode: Press the vibration and unlock buttons of the remote control at the same time;
3.[Shock]mode: Press the shock and unlock buttons of the remote control at the same time.
After wearing the collar on the dog's neck, use the remote control and send commands, but the dog does not respond, what is the problem?
1. Check whether the remote control and receiver have power;
2. Check whether the remote control security lock is unlocked normally;
3. Check if the receiver is powered on;
4. Make sure that the electrode column of the receiver is in good contact with the dog's skin, and the collar cannot be worn too loose;
5. When the dog is too long, please replace the longer metal contact;
6. Try re-pairing the remote and receiver.

1. This dog training collar is 1 remote control and 1 receiver.
2. Avoid leaving the collar on your dog for more than 12 hours a day.
