We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. We are proud to offer our 30
Day Return
.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in it's original unused condition within 30 days of the purchase for a full merchandise refund.  Refunds will be returned to the original purchase payment method.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
The only exception is any custom produced (personalized poker chips, custom gaming layouts) or special cut products (casino cloth, foam, etc).  Factory "seconds" layouts are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return.
Just send any unused items back to us in original condition with the original packaging within 30 days of the order for a merchandise refund.  The address to return the merchandise to is:
If you receive your item in broken condition we will file a shipping damage claim so we can send you a new item. If a shipping damage occurs please notify us within 72 hours of receipt.
