Stainless Steel. They are simple to put on with no need for straps. The mouth (boot opening) are set between 2-5/8" to 3" wide. Fits Men or larger size Ladies boots that use a 2-5/8" or larger mouth spur. They will not fit small ladies or youth sizes. They can be adjusted a little larger by spreading the shanks apart. Please measure your boots to make sure they will fit.
