165mm (6½ inch) Kevlar cone bass/midrange driver
removed from my LCR6 S2 speakers, manufactured in England in 2001.  Please see the large photos and read the remaining description to decide if this superb woofer is correct for your needs.

This B&W woofer is in clean, flawless condition.  It has a cosmetically and structurally perfect Kevlar fiber-woven cone, flawless phase plug voice coil center cap, and
permanent
rubber surround.  Plus, the cast metal basket and anodized bell cover over the large magnet structure are in perfect shape as well.  Also, the metal flange cover is included, as pictured below.  And, the +/- terminals have never been soldered on the spades.  Overall, this B&W woofer is very nicely preserved.
Most importantly, it’s been fully tested and sounds wonderful—very detailed with clear, fast mid frequency coverage, and ample bass response.  Plus, the DC resistance tested at 8.0-8.1Ω, consistent with an 8 ohm nominal driver rating.  Lastly, the basket flange measures 6¾” diameter, it stands 3¼” tall, and the eight mount holes are equally spaced 2 7/16” apart, c-t-c.
So, if you have blown or damaged mid/bass driver in your LCR6 S2 speaker(s), you’ve found the right listing—your speakers will be sounding their finest once again!  Plus, it’s ready for action in someone’s next speaker-building project!
