I'm so pleased with this freezer. I needed more freezer space than what my frig/freezer could offer, as well as it freezes the foods much colder. For more, I purchased the black/stainless color. I have a spare bedroom which I'm using as an office, so I'm able to keep this freezer in there and it blends in very well.

Works well. Runs quietly. My only disappointment was finding that the actual width inside is just a little more than 14 inches. My 9 x 13 inch glass baking dishes have handles that total about 15 inches so they won't fit. I will need to find a 9 x 13 inch pan in glass or stainless steel that is no more than 14 inches wide. I needed a little extra freezer space when I have guests that I need to prepare meals for a few days or a week. This freezer fits the bill. Gives me that little bit of extra space I need.

Had a dent in the door from the factory. I know this because the box didn't have a mark on it. Other than that, it is Awesome. It is quiet. Door seals tight. Freezes food solid at a very low setting.

The size is perfect for us. I didn't want a full-size freezer because our old one was only at best 1/2 full. This size takes care of new freezer food very well. The only thing I would change is to have a frost free freezer but for the price we are extremely happy.

Returns

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of date of purchase.
