This are 3 VINTAGE METALLIC BLUE TIN TOP TOBACCO CIGARETTE ROLLERS.  Each measure approximately 4 1/2" x 3 1/4".
These tobacco cigarette rollers
range from fair to good vintage pre-owned condition.  They display varying degrees of cosmetic wear and rusting.  One is in need of some repairs if intended for use, none have been tested for functionality.

WE ARE ADDING TO OUR DESCRIPTION SO THAT IT IS MORE ACCURATE AND CLEARER.  THE INSERT HAS NOT BEEN FIRED BUT THE LIGHTER CASE ITSELF IS USED.  THERE IS SOOT IN THE LID OF THE LIGHTER.  WE DID NOT EXPLICITY STATE THAT IN THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION.
