    Description

    Handsome fold-out 1972 Shell road map of Nevada, printed more than 45 years ago.
    This map opens to 18" x 27" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by H.M. Gousha.
    On the reverse side there is an inset map of Lake Tahoe and street plans of Reno-Sparks and Las Vegas-Paradise Valley.
    The map was distributed by the Shell Oil Company in 1972 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 7-TT.
    The cover photograph shows Hoover Dam.
