1939 Shell Gas Co. AUTOMOBILE RECORD BOOK w/ 32 Pgs. from Oneonta, New York

Description

For bid is an original 1939 "Automobile Record Book" with 32 white pages inside, a pocket booklet by the Shell Oil Company and distributed by the Clyde E. Smith Shell Service station on Main Street in Oneonia, New York.  Booklet has red cloth covers and 1939 calendar inside the front cover.  There are pages for writing in mileage and keeping track of your car travel during the year...  Probably distributed in late 1938 to good customers at the gas and service station there.
Booklet is in good, used condition with driving and car maintenance tips printed on some pages.
Great piece of Shell Oil & Gas company advertising.  Original owner never used it but just kept it as a souvenir.
Some tiny red stains where the covers bled just slightly...
