IT IS IN EXCELLENT COSMETIC AND WORKS GREAT. NUMBERS V12PC131 AND 328438 ARE ON THE SPEAKER. IT IS A 12" SPEAKER. SOME SIGHTS SHOW THIS BEING USED FOR BOTH HOME AND GUITAR AMP APPLICATION. IT IS AN 8 OHM SPEAKER MEASURING 6.5 OHMS ON THE MULTIMETER. IT HAS A SUBSTANTIAL MAGNET AND WEIGHS 5 LBS. IT IS 4&7/8" DEEP AND RIGHT AT 12" ACROSS. THERE ARE NO PIN HOLES WHATSOEVER. ALL PICTURES ARE OF THE ACTUAL SPEAKER. IT WILL BE WELL PACKED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
